Cement Manufacturing Company Hiring

A leading operator in the cement manufacturing sector of the economy requires competent, self-motivated and experienced personnel for immediate employment

HEAD OF ACCOUNTING
Responsibilities
• Reports to the chief financial officer and has supervisory role over Head of General ledger accounts, Head of Accounts receivable, Head of Accounts payable and Head of Fixed Assets.
Accounting Skills
• Must have good knowledge of Nigerian GAAP and IFRS.
IT Skills
• Must have good knowledge of SAP/JD Edward (preferred)/Navision and Advanced Excel knowledge.
• SOX is highly appreciated.
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree (Or its equivalent) in Accounting.
• A Masters degree and/or Professional Certification wm be an added advantage.
The Person
• Age between 30-45 years.
• Proactive, self motivated Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills (must be a team player).
• High level of drive, Result Oriented and Good communication skills.
Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience in an industrial plant (preferably cement manufacturing) with some audit experience in a reputable firm.

HEAD OF TREASURY
Responsibilities
• Reports to the Chief financial officer and has supervisory role over Financial Forecast team and Bank Relations unit.
Accounting Skills
• Must have good knowledge of Nigerian GAAP and IFRS.
• Should be conversant with financial forecast models: financing/refinancing, sales & lease back, forward contracts/derivatives, letter of credit guarantees.
IT Skills
• Must have good knowledge of SAP/JD Edward (preferred)/Navision and Advanced Excel knowledge.
• SOX is highly appreciated.

• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree (Or its equivalent) in Accounting.

• Age between 30-45 years.

Experience

AREA SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
• Reports to the Regional Sales Manager and has supervisory role over the Sales Representatives.
• Plan, organize & control sales activities at the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets in accordance to company policy.
• Prepare a variety of status report including activities, follow-up, competitors movements, etc.
• Carry out additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Regional Sales Manager
Special Job Skill
• Excellent oral & written communication skills,
• Computer proficiency,
• Strong people management and training skills.
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work under pressure.
Qualification
• A good university degree (Or its equivalent) preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics,
• A Masters degree and/or Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
The Person
• Age between 30-45 years, Proactive, Self motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player,
Experience
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

SALES REPRENSATATIVE
Responsibilities
• Reports to the Area sales Executive,
• Execute sales plans and achieve sales target.
• Follow up on new leads resulting from field activity.
• Prepare a variety of status report including activities, follow-up, competitors movements, etc.
• Driving sales activities to achieve given sales volume and price targets.
Special Job Skill
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Strong people management and training skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in any social science OR Humanities {Or its equivalent).
• A Masters degree and/or Professional Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Responsibilities
• Reports to the Commercial Director and has supervisory role over the Sales Executives and Sales Representative.
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned key accounts.
• Supervise the formulation of the sales, marketing, distribution & field plans to achieve the company strategic objectives;
• Ensuring profitability and significant growth.
• Initiate and maintain channels of communications with our key customers in the field (Construction companies, key customers).
• Feed management with continuous reports for all Competitors movements {marketing intelligence reports)
• Identification and addition of significant new Key accounts as well as managing the appropriate reduction of non-contributing accounts.
• Provide coaching and guidance to subordinates in the performance of their duties and functions
• Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to and make recommendations for improvement
• Carry out additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by the commercial Director.
